Job summary

Fullers360 is seeking an Onboard Services Crew/Deckhand to blend hospitality with vessel operations for both tourists and commuters. The role offers a 70% OBS focus and 30% Deckhand, with in-house training to build marine qualifications and crew competencies.

You’ll handle onboard café service, passenger prep, and safety drills, while supporting mooring/gangway tasks and delivering a high standard of customer care across shifts that cover mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service on vessels or in hospitality roles.
• Ability to work as part of a team under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional customer service in onboard café.
• Preparing vessel for passengers and assisting with boarding.
• Providing accurate service information and promoting offerings.
• Assisting with marine operations including mooring lines and gangways.
• Participating in marine safety drills and maintaining safety standards.
