About the Role
This is your chance to join our friendly dealership team in the Mosgiel. We are seeking a Dealership & Service Administrator to provide high level support to the team and help deliver exceptional customer service. Along with a variety of administration tasks, this role will support our Service, Sales and Parts teams.
General dealership tasks will include processing of debtors and creditors and accounts related administration. You will liaise with customers to book jobs and assist with service-related queries, draft quotes and order repairs. You will also create purchase orders and work with the Parts team to ensure the efficient supply of parts required for jobs.
