Job summary

Enterprise Limited in Wellington is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician for a permanent day-shift role. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and improve a highly automated production facility, with autonomy and a focus on safety.

The ideal candidate holds an EWRB practising licence, an electrical trade qualification, NZ working rights, and at least 3 years in industrial/automation environments. PLC fault-finding, schematics reading, and fault diagnosis are key, with opportunities to lead

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation environments.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response across plant equipment.
• PLC fault-finding and troubleshooting.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and automation issues.
• Preventative maintenance and reliability activities.
• Continuous improvement projects.
• Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics.
• Supporting plant reliability and minimising production downtime.
