Strong administrative and coordination experience within a data, operations, or information management environment.
Excellent eye for accuracy when working with data files, documentation, and operational procedures.
Ability to build solid relationships and work effectively across both business and technical teams.
Capable of prioritising multiple tasks simultaneously and working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily data ingestion activities, ensuring incoming files meet agreed standards and requirements.
Maintain data inventories, metadata, and tracking records to support QA and operational readiness.
Keep operational procedures, data standards, and workflow documentation fully up to date.
Act as a key point of contact between business teams, data providers, and technical delivery partners.
Identify, track, and elevate data-related issues to ensure fast resolution.
Spot opportunities to refine data management processes and improve day-to-day efficiency.
