Bluecurrent in Wellington Central is seeking a Data Administrator / Customer Service Representative to support accurate metering data across NZ. You will work with data, improve processes, and ensure timely data delivery for electricity and gas customers.

The role blends data management with customer service, requiring attention to detail and strong communication. You will collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable data insights.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data, service, and customer queries promptly.
• Support reliable metering data services and customer commitments.
• Identify and validate missing data for accurate reporting and billing.
• Collaborate with field technicians on meter configuration and fault resolution.
• Assist customers with data inquiries, usage comparisons, estimates, and data deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, and equipment records.
• Create and update reports on data quality and service performance.
