Bluecurrent, a NZ energy tech leader, is seeking a C&I Data Services Administrator to join our collaborative team and ensure accurate metering data for Electricity and Gas across NZ. Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve data, service, and customer queries with timely, accurate responses.
• Support the delivery of reliable metering data services and help meet customer commitments.
• Identify, process, and validate missing data for accurate reporting and billing.
• Collaborate with field technicians on meter configuration, fault resolution, and site setup.
• Assist customers with data inquiries, usage comparisons, estimates, and data file deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer, site, and equipment records across systems.
• Create and update reports showing data quality, service performance, and operational outcomes.
