Job summary

DX Mail New Zealand is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Wellington team in a key billing and operations support role. You will ensure accurate and timely billing across all mail products, protect revenue through data validation, and drive cost control while supporting continuous improvement in finance and operations.

The role combines billing, audits, inventory tracking, and training, with a focus on data integrity.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.
• Power BI experience; SQL and Python are a bonus.
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely billing across all mail product lines.
• Protect revenue via proactive data validation and process controls.
• Improve billing and reporting efficiencies using Excel, Power BI, and internal systems.
• Support compliance audits and inventory tracking.
• Deliver training to operational staff on billing systems and processes, and address skill gaps.
• Coordinate recruitment to ensure a compliant hiring process.
