Job summary

CDC Data Centres is seeking a Services Manager to lead and deliver high-scale data centre service projects at our Silverdale site in New Zealand. You will oversee planning, coordination with subcontractors, and reporting to ensure quality and financial success.

Qualifications

Experience delivering electrical, communications and technology projects.
Ability to manage complex supply chains and diverse teams.
Proven track record in construction project delivery and risk management.

Responsibilities

Oversee data centre service projects, managing critical infrastructure and technical services to ensure successful delivery.
Handle project planning, change management, customer coordination, reporting, and internal stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with sub-contractors to identify and mitigate risks in service trades, documentation, design, and site works.
Conduct site inspections, report on defects and progress, and participate in site meetings to ensure successful service delivery.
Review monthly progress claims, work with project coordinators to complete claims, and manage weekly and client reporting.
