Job summary

LIC is a farmer-owned co‑operative supporting herd improvement in New Zealand. The Field Support Officer role involves keeping Herd Testing operations running smoothly by assisting people, systems and processes across NZ.

You will rotate through technical support, operational problem-solving, customer service and business administration, collaborating with field teams and laboratories to resolve issues and continually improve service.

Responsibilities

• Support Herd Testing operations by coordinating people, systems and processes.
• Rotate across technical support, operations, customer service and administration.
• Collaborate with field teams, laboratories and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Help improve processes and ensure timely, accurate results for farmers.
• Maintain and support inventory, credits, charges and related admin tasks.
