Lyttelton Port Company is seeking a highly organised Customer & Supply Chain Support Officer to join the team on a 15-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave. The role spans contract administration, performance reporting, data analysis, pricing and financial administration, project coordination, and general business support.
You will work across teams, prepare reports, use Power BI for insights, coordinate meetings and contribute to day-to-day operations.

We're looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Customer & Supply Chain Support Officer to join our Customer and Supply Chain team on a 15-month fixed-term basis, covering parental leave.
This is a varied role providing key support to our Customer and Supply Chain leaders and their teams. You'll work across customer and contract administration, performance reporting, data analysis, pricing and financial administration, project coordination and general business support.
You'll help keep customer contracts and key deliverables on track, prepare reports and presentations, analyse customer and operational data, and use tools such as Power BI to provide insights that support decision-making. You'll also coordinate meetings, support strategic projects and help ensure the day-to-day operations of the team run smoothly and efficiently.
It's a role that requires someone who can confidently juggle competing priorities, build strong relationships and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach to supporting the wider business.
We're looking for someone with a strong background in commercial administration, contract support, business analysis or a similar environment. You'll ideally have:
Experience in a marine, port, logistics or container environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
This role sits within a broader internal salary band reflecting relativities across the organisation for the same or similar sized roles and performance. New appointments will be made in the range of$84,748 to $94,718inclusiveof KiwiSaverand will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role
