Job summary

Silver Fern Farms Limited is seeking a Customer and Supplier Experience Representative to support farmer suppliers and internal staff. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage emails and CRM data, and collaborate with a four-person frontline team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

You will learn about our products and services, support supplier records, and contribute to various projects while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
