Job summary

Silver Fern Farms is seeking motivated team members for meat processing roles in New Zealand. Training is provided, no experience required, and you’ll work with a supportive, diverse team during peak 40-hour weeks with overtime.

You will follow strict health, safety, quality and technical guidelines, able to pass pre-employment checks, and be eligible to work in New Zealand. 18+ to proceed, with on-site shifts across day and evening rotas.

Te mahi, our working arrangements:

Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum $28.82/hr plus extras.

Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities.

Minimum $43/hr production overtime rate.

8-hour sh ifts, day shifts and evening shifts times vary from 6am to 4.00pm, and 4.00pm to 12.30am.

Must be 18 years or older to meet audit requirements.

Able to pass our pre-employment medical checks, criminal convictions check, and physical fitness requirements.
