Pultron Composites | Gisborne, New Zealand | Full-time, On-site
Pultron Composites designs and manufactures advanced composite materials used in sea walls, bridges, marinas, mines, and infrastructure projects around the world. While composites are our speciality, we work across a wide range of industries and export around 90% of what we manufacture from New Zealand.
Our customers are global, meaning most interactions happen through email and phone rather than face-to-face. This creates an opportunity to develop genuine customer service and business skills while supporting customers, sales teams, and internal operations across different markets and time zones.
This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career. This is not a typical entry-level role where you simply complete administrative tasks — you’ll be trusted with real customer interactions, supporting quotes and orders, and learning how a global manufacturing business operates.
Whether you’re a recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or another discipline, or someone with strong organisational skills, excellent written communication, and a willingness to learn, this role provides a strong foundation to build your career.
Gisborne offers the chance to build your career while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
You’ll have the benefits of working for an international company while being part of a close-knit team where your contribution is recognised.
