Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers around the world, primarily through email and phone.
• Respond to customer enquiries, provide updates, and ensure customers receive a positive experience.
• Support sales representatives with preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
• Work with production and logistics teams to ensure customer commitments are delivered.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency, including drafting customer communications, managing inbox priorities, and identifying trends in customer requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute ideas for better ways of working.
