Job summary

Motion Asia Pacific is seeking a hands-on Sales & Customer Service professional in Christchurch. You will provide product support to a diverse customer base, handle front counter inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and assist with order processing and local deliveries.

You will help develop customer relationships to make the branch the supplier of choice, participate in showroom promotions, and contribute to a positive, proactive team culture within a growing global company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' relevant industry experience; bearings exposure advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, great phone manner and strong customer service ethics.
• Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
• Team player attitude.

Responsibilities
