Job summary

I-MED Radiology Hamilton is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators for a full-time, permanent role with a structured Monday–Friday schedule between 7:00am and 5:00pm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through appointments with empathy and professionalism.

As a Contact Centre Agent, you will answer bookings for the Hamilton region, provide empathetic support, collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets, and help patients and referrers navigate

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisation and appointment management.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Experience in a contact centre is preferred but not required; full training provided.

Our clinic in Hamilton is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a structured Monday–Friday work week, with shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 5:00pm. As a Contact Centre Agent, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, helping them navigate their appointments with professionalism, empathy and care.

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Answering phone calls for bookings across Hamilton region promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
• Provide empathetic support and guidance during phone interactions.
• Collaborate with other contact centre agents to meet service level targets.
• Building relationships with the technical and clerical teams, patients, and referrers.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A knack for organisation and managing appointments with ease.
• Comfort with using multiple systems and technology.
• Ability to relate to and communicate with a wide range of patients, drawing on your life experience to provide empathetic and understanding support.
• Experience in a contact centre environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided to help you succeed, including support in understanding radiology processes.
