We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both administration and hands-on warehouse support. You will help keep inventory, documentation, receiving and dispatch processes accurate and organized, while also supporting warehouse operations with forklift duties when required.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both administration and hands-on warehouse support. You will help keep inventory, documentation, receiving and dispatch processes accurate and organized, while also supporting warehouse operations with forklift duties when required.
About the Role
- Complete accurate data entry for receiving dispatch, stock movements and warehouse documentation.
- Maintain inventory records through system updates, cycle count records and stock take support.
- Process and check inwards goods documentation and labelling, purchase orders, delivery dockets and dispatch paperwork.
- Support investigation of stock discrepancies by reviewing system transactions, paperwork and warehouse records.
- Communicate with warehouse, production, quality and management teams to support smooth daily operations.
- Assist with compliance documentation, including RMP, GMP, traceability and health and safety records where required.
- Manufacturing order preparation, reporting and follow-up tasks for warehouse.
- Maintain organised files, records and documentation so information is accurate, accessible and easy to follow.
- Operate forklifts safely and competently when required to support warehouse activity.
About You
- 3-5 years’ forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, stores or logistics environment.
- Current forklift licence is required; push-pull attachment experience is preferred.
- Experience using an ERP, WMS or inventory management system is preferred, or confidence and willingness to learn systems such as SAP ByDesign.
- Strong computer, administration and data entry skills.
- High attention to detail when checking documentation, stock movements and inventory records.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
- Organised, process-oriented and able to follow structured procedures accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused when dealing with issues or changing priorities.
- Positive, reliable and safety-focused, with a professional approach to internal and external stakeholders.
