Top 10 Holiday Parks Group – Cambridge, North Island is seeking a motivated team member for Reception & Housekeeping and after-hours support. This hands-on role supports both reception and housekeeping operations, with a focus on guest satisfaction.

You will join Cambridge TOP 10 Holiday Park, handling bookings, providing friendly service at reception, and managing after-hours calls when reception closes. Start October 2026 with 5–6 month commitment and potential for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception, customer service or hospitality is required or preferred.
• Strong communication in English and a friendly, professional approach.
• Experience using booking or reservation systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional customer service at reception.
• Manage bookings and guest enquiries using reservation systems.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning and preparing rooms and facilities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the park.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
