Job summary

Stride Property Group in Wellington is seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join the team on a permanent part-time basis. Based at the Customer Service Desk in Queensgate Shopping Centre, you will promote a professional image and deliver outstanding service to shoppers and retailers.

The role runs 5.75 hours each week, every Sunday from 12.00pm to 5.45pm, with potential for extra shifts during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or people-based role preferred.
• Computer literacy and prior computer experience would be beneficial.
• Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous.
• Full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and retailers at the Customer Service Desk.
• Promote the professional image of Queensgate Shopping Centre.
• Assist customers in person with inquiries and support basic transactions where required.
• Support coverage needs including potential extra hours during busy periods.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.

Based at the Customer Service Desk in Queensgate Shopping Centre, the key purpose of the Customer Servicerole is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.

• 5.75 hours per week
• Every Sunday, 12.00pm to 5.45pm

There is the potential for additional shifts when coverage is needed and extra hours during our busy Christmas period.

We are looking for someone confident, friendly, outgoing and who really cares about helping people. Ideally, you will beself-motivated, have a willingness to work alone and in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
