Shifts include mornings, late evenings and weekends, with store hours 9 am–9 pm daily. Full-time commitment of at least 30 hours per week is required, plus training and development opportunities within a supportive team.

Being a Customer Service Assistant in this business is all about providing excellent customer service experience. We are looking for two energetic and customer focused Customer Service Assistants to join our team.

Applicants for this role must have full‑time availability, willing to work mornings, late evenings and weekend shifts, and be able to service our customers. You will be responsible for excellent customer service behind the counter and ensuring the store is running smoothly.

Position Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service and money control systems. May establish inventory schedules. Interact with in‑store customers to promote sales and provide information on product usage. Maintain business records.
