Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team. If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings. Join a busy trade counter where you will help customers select the right parts, process orders, and build strong relationships with our loyal customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous).
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!

Responsibilities

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions.
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately.
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products.
