Job summary

We are seeking a customer service superstar for Bapcor New Zealand, to join our team. You’ll help trade customers choose the right car parts, while delivering outstanding service.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings, at our Auckland operation. Join a supportive team, build relationships with loyal customers, and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive workplace with opportunities to grow within the Bapcor group across NZ, Australia and SE

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
• A team-first approach – everyone pitches in here!

• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
