Job summary

BNT in Napier is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team. If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings, offering a friendly, fast-paced environment at our Hawke's Bay location. You’ll serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone, help customers find the right parts, and process orders accurately while looking

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus).
• Computer skills are a must (basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
• A team-first approach - everyone pitches in here!
