Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand, a part of the Bapcor Group, is seeking a motivated customer service superstar for our BNT team in Tauranga. This full-time role involves assisting trade customers, helping them find the right parts, and processing orders with accuracy.

You will be the face of a dynamic network across NZ, delivering outstanding service, upselling where appropriate, and building lasting customer relationships. Strong communication and basic Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is preferred.
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain accurate.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Help customers identify the right vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack and process customer orders accurately.
• Spot opportunities to upsell or suggest related products.
• Build strong relationships with our customer base.

Job Description

If you’ve got great customer service skills,a full NZ licenseand a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

What the role involves:

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
• Helping customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions
• Picking, packing, and processing customer orders accurately
• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

Qualifications

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are amust(basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
