Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is hiring a customer service role focused on automotive parts. Join a nationwide network and deliver outstanding service to trade customers both at the counter and over the phone.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings. You’ll assist customers in selecting the right parts, process orders accurately, and build lasting relationships with a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Basic computer skills; Excel fundamentals are advantageous
• Genuine interest in cars or parts
• Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy
• Team-first approach and willingness to pitch in

If you’ve got great customer service skills,a full NZ licenseand a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team – someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done.This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.
