BNT Newmarket is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Auckland. The role involves serving customers at the counter and over the phone, helping them find the right parts and solutions, and processing orders accurately.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic Excel skills, and a genuine interest in cars or parts. The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule and some Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail or trade industries.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a friendly, can-do attitude.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel are advantageous.

Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a customer service superstar to join our team - someone who can not only deliver outstanding service but also help our customers choose the right parts to get the job done. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

What you’ll bring:

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
