Job summary

BNT Hawera is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Hawera branch. This is a full-time role that involves serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping customers find the right vehicle parts, and processing orders.

You’ll bring customer service experience, good communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate.

Responsibilities
