Job summary

BNT is seeking a customer service superstar to join our Auckland team. You’ll assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone, help them choose the right parts, and process orders accurately. A full NZ driver’s license is required and a passion for cars helps you excel.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings. You’ll build lasting relationships, upsell related products, and enjoy a supportive, growth‑minded workplace with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

Job Description

If you’ve got great customer service skills, a full NZ license and a passion for car parts, we’ve got the job for you!
