Job summary

BNT Hornby is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support trade customers in-store and over the phone, helping them select the right parts and processing orders accurately.

You’ll bring customer service experience, a genuine interest in cars, and a team-first attitude. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday (8 am – 5 pm) with alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience; automotive or trade experience is a plus.
• Good communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve trade customers at the counter and over the phone.
• Help customers find the right vehicle parts and solutions.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately.
• Spot opportunities to upsell or recommend related products.
• Build strong relationships with our loyal customer base.

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone

• Spotting opportunities to upsell or recommend related products
• Building strong relationships with our loyal customer base

What you’ll bring:

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are amust(basic excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
