Job summary

BNT Cromwell is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support trade customers at the counter and over the phone. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with alternate Saturday mornings, within Bapcor New Zealand’s BNT Cromwell team.

You’ll help customers find the right parts, handle orders accurately, and look for upsell opportunities while building strong relationships with a loyal customer base.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, automotive or trade industry a plus
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be accurate
• Basic computer skills including Excel are advantageous

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate
