Job summary

BNT is seeking a customer service superstar to join our team in Ashburton. You will help trade customers at the counter and over the phone, guiding them to the right parts and solutions with accuracy and efficiency.

Join a supportive, high-performing team offering a competitive salary, incentives for results, and great product discounts. A full-time role, typically Monday to Friday 8 am–5 pm with occasional Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a big plus.
• Basic computer skills; basic Excel helpful.
• Interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay accurate.
• Team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities
