Café Anatolia is a growing cafe chain with 12branches throughout the North Island. We have an excellent reputation forfresh, healthy and Turkish cuisine made to order for our customers. We serveover 14000 customers in a week with a team of over 110 employees in the group.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliableCustomer Service Representatives to join our Café Anatolia team at our Levin Store.

This role focuses on delivering excellent service to customers and upholding Café Anatolia standards, with core duties includingtaking orders, cash handling, offering a loyalty programme, food & drinkpreparation, serving customers, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry. This requirement may be waived for applicants with the right attitude. Extensive on the job training will be provided.

Hours of Work

These are a range of casual, part-time and full-time positions available.

We are open seven days and require applicants to be available for a range of lunch and dinner shifts across the entire week, including public holidays and weekends.

What we are offering

• Competitive remuneration reflective of your skills and experience, with a base hourly rate of $23.95 per hour (Gross)
  
• Full-Time eligible employees will have the option to complete Level-3/ Level-4 qualification in Hospitality/Business funded by the business.
