Discover Waitomo is seeking permanent, full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our world-renowned Waitomo Glowworm Caves. You will deliver friendly, helpful service to visitors and manage reservations with accuracy.

As part of our international call centre, you’ll know our attractions, assist visitors, upsell products, and resolve inquiries. A positive, proactive attitude and strong Outlook/Excel skills are preferred. Join us for a unique Waitomo experience.

Qualifikationen

• NCEA Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• Understanding of manaakitanga, kaitiakitanga, whanaungatanga, and ahurutanga.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Tech-savvy and self-reliant with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster.
