Focus Recruitment Limited is seeking a customer service oriented professional based at the Mangere office to become the primary contact for customers nationwide. You will manage daily inquiries, process orders and quotations, and provide product information across ranges while supporting Account Managers and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include delivering prompt service, updating sales teams, maintaining strong relationships, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency

Formación

• Experience in customer service or sales support, ideally within the manufacturing, construction or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office; Oracle NetSuite experience is advantageous but not essential.
• A proactive approach to continuous improvement and a willingness to embrace new technology.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional service.
• Process customer orders, quotations and enquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Support the Sales Team by providing customer updates, following up leads and assisting with key account management.
• Build strong customer relationships, understand their needs and deliver consistently high levels of service.
• Respond to product and technical enquiries, developing a strong understanding of product features, applications and use.
