Job summary

Greenlight Recruitment is seeking a part-time store/warehouse team member in Christchurch's Sydenham area. You will be the first contact for customers, assist with goods in/out, pick and pack orders, and help with stock control while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll handle face-to-face service, phones, and front desk tasks in a friendly, collaborative team environment, with 20 hours per week and a temp-to-perm path.

Qualifications

• Friendly, helpful, and polite with customers.
• Comfortable with learning new systems on the job.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg safely.
• Reliable and able to work unsupervised.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is a well established community organisation caring for Canterbury people for over 100 years. They are looking for their next superstar to join their store team. Our client operates a busy warehouse in support of their contract resulting in the health support of patients at home.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Being the first point of contact for customers.
• Assisting in the management of all inward/outward goods.
• Picking and packing of orders accurately and recording in inventory management system.
• Stock control and monitoring.
• Accuracy in record keeping.
• Provide excellent face-to-face service to customers
• Print scripts and assist with basic documentation
• Answer phones and manage front desk/reception duties
• Work collaboratively within a team environment
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and systems

FOR YOU

• Day shift hours: 10:30am - 2:30pm across four days (you choose!)
• 20 hours per week with the opportunity to pick up more hours.
