Job summary

Brightly Operations in Parnell, New Zealand seeks a Customer Concierge & Partnerships Coordinator to blend customer care, sales, and relationship management. You will welcome prospective and existing customers, guide them through services and streamline onboarding, bookings and follow-ups.

You will nurture leads, re-engage current clients with programmes, and build strong relationships with GP partner practices while coordinating with our clinical team to deliver an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, healthcare or account management.
• Able to build rapport and handle sales conversations.
• Comfortable using CRM/booking systems like HubSpot.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple customers.

This is a varied role combining customer care, sales, coordination and relationship management. You will be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through services and making booking and onboarding simple.

Key responsibilities

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective and existing customers
• Guide customers through our services and make booking and onboarding simple
• Follow up enquiries and nurture prospective customers through to booking
• Re-engage existing customers with relevant programmes and annual reassessments
• Confidently talk about our services, handle questions and convert interest into action
• Build strong relationships with our GP partner practices
• Keep customer pipelines, bookings and follow-ups organised and moving
• Work closely with our clinical and wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

About you

• Warm, confident, organised and proactive
• Solid grounding in customer service, healthcare, client coordination and account management / sales
• Builds rapport quickly and genuinely enjoys talking with people
• Comfortable having sales conversations without being pushy
• Communicates confidently with both customers and professional stakeholders
• Loves following things through, getting things done and continuously improving processes
• Can juggle multiple customers, bookings and priorities
• Confident learning and using CRM and booking systems such as HubSpot
