Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand seeks a Customer Service Engineer to join our Blenheim/Nelson team. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing FUJIFILM printers and copiers, with emphasis on fault diagnosis and timely customer support.

Ideal candidates have a current electrical license and 3+ years in printer/photocopier engines, preferably in high-end graphics. Autonomy, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset are essential, with travel across our region

About the role

We are looking for exceptional Print Service Engineer to join our team in Blenheim/Nelson to provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers, with skills from fault finding to performing maintenance on the FUJIFILM Business Innovation range of printers and photocopiers.

Other duties include:

• Installing, maintaining, and modifying FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment and accessories for our clients
• Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly
• Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:

• Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on printer/photocopier engines, preferably in the high end graphic product range
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
• Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience within the print industry is desirable
