FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand seeks a Customer Service Engineer to join our Blenheim/Nelson team. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and servicing FUJIFILM printers and copiers, with emphasis on fault diagnosis and timely customer support.

Ideal candidates have a current electrical license and 3+ years in printer/photocopier engines, preferably in high-end graphics. Autonomy, strong communication, and a customer‑first mindset are essential, with travel across our region

Qualifications

• Electrical license (or ability to obtain one).
• 3+ years of experience on printer/photocopier engines, preferably high-end graphic products.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
• Excellent communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Print industry experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and modify FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment for clients.
• Respond to allocated calls and resolve customer queries promptly.
• Liaise with customers to ensure service requirements are met.
