Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation in Auckland, NZ, is seeking a Print Coordinator to manage our customer-facing print facility at a high-profile university. You will operate a full range of print and finishing equipment, work independently, and guide staff and students through print options.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), sole charge with support, and fixed-term to June 2029. Based at the Auckland CBD site, this role requires immediate start and a focus on high-quality print results,

Qualifications

• Experience using print and finishing equipment, including digital production and wide format.
• Ability to manage workflow across production with accurate data input.
• Basic machine maintenance including minor faults and general care.
• Eye for detail, as finishing quality assurance is essential.
• Experience with dispatch and dealing with logistics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on print services to staff and students.
• Guide customers through available print options and decisions.
• Handle larger projects requiring offsite production.
• Sole charge but with support when needed.
• Input and manage production data accurately and efficiently.

About the role

Are you looking for an opportunity to take your retail print experience to the next level? Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated and organised Print Coordinator to look after our customer-facing print facility in a high-profile university. Sole charge but with plenty of support when needed, you'll provide hands-on print services to staff and students, as well as finding solutions for larger projects requiring offsite production. As the first point of contact, it's a role that requires a lot of empathy and patience while you guide new customers through all their options.

About you

• Experience in using a full range of print and finishing equipment, including digital production and wide format
• Ability to use a full suite of finishing equipment
• Management of workflow throughout production process, including accurate data inputting skills
• Basic machine maintenance including minor faults, adjustment, and general care
• Eye for detail, as finishing quality assurance is essential
• Experience with dispatch and dealing with logistics
