Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation New Zealand seeks a skilled Customer Service Engineer to join our Blenheim team, serving clients across Marlborough and travel across the region as required.

Based primarily in Blenheim with occasional travel to Nelson, you will install, maintain and modify FUJIFILM equipment, diagnose faults and respond promptly to service calls while keeping customers informed. You’ll work autonomously, manage competing priorities and uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience in networking of printers and diagnosing print related problems.
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload.
• Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, and modifying FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment and accessories for our clients.
• Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly.
• Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met.

The Role

Located in the heart of Marlborough, Blenheim is surrounded by stunning natural scenery, including vineyards, rolling hills, and beautiful countryside. Blenheim has something to offer if you’re looking for a peaceful rural setting, a growing economy, renowned wine region, or a friendly community.

While this position is primarily based in Blenheim, we are also open to candidates based in Nelson who are willing to travel to Blenheim regularly.

We are looking for exceptional Customer Service Engineers to join our team in Blenheim to provide a quality product and service to internal and external customers, with skills from fault finding to performing maintenance on the FUJIFILM Business Innovation range of printers and photocopiers.

Other duties include:

• Installing, maintaining, and modifying FUJIFILM Business Innovation equipment and accessories for our clients
• Responding to allocated calls and resolving customer queries promptly
• Liaising with customers to ensure the service requirements have been met

Skills & experience

We are looking for someone who has exceptional mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Along with this, you will also have:

• Current Electrical Practicing License (or ability to obtain one)
• Experience in networking of printers and diagnosing print related problems
• Excellent ability to work autonomously and prioritise workload
• Outstanding communication and commitment to customer satisfaction
