Job summary

Downer is seeking a customer-focused professional to join the WMC in Wiri. You will coordinate service requests, manage dispatch activities between customers and field technicians, and monitor progress to resolve issues while upholding KPIs.

In a fast-paced, technical environment, you’ll build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, support field operations, and contribute to a collaborative team culture that champions Zero Harm.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused professional with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in contact centre, dispatch or service coordination.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications and service requests.
• Coordinate work tickets and dispatch activities between customers and field technicians.
• Monitor job progress, identify risks and proactively manage issues through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems while meeting KPIs and service levels.
• Build strong relationships with customers, field teams and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture while championing Zero Harm.
