Job summary

Downer’s Energy & Utilities team in New Zealand is seeking a customer-focused professional to join the WMC in Wiri. In a fast-paced, technical environment, you’ll coordinate service requests, dispatch activities between customers and field technicians and help resolve network issues nationwide.

You’ll monitor progress, maintain records, build strong relationships and help deliver exceptional service while championing Zero Harm.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre, dispatch, service coordination or jeopardy management environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to remain calm and deliver under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communications and service requests.
• Coordinate work tickets and dispatch activities between customers and field technicians.
• Monitor job progress, identify risks and proactively manage issues to resolution.
• Maintain accurate records across multiple systems while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Build relationships with customers, field teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture while championing Zero Harm.
