The Safety Cabinet Warehouse is seeking a Customer Service & Business Support Coordinator in Manurewa. You’ll handle customer calls and emails, prepare quotes, invoices and assist with orders, social media, and light bookkeeping.

This role offers training, a friendly team, and a busy but varied workday. You’ll develop broad business experience across customer service, logistics and marketing while contributing to daily operations.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required, but confident on the phone and with customers.
• Basic numeracy and good written English are important.
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls confidently and professionally.
• Respond to enquiries by phone and email.
• Prepare quotes and invoices.
• Process customer orders.
• Assist with basic product, pricing and delivery questions.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations.
• Basic accounts administration and bookkeeping.
• Assist with Xero and transaction reconciliation.
• Maintain customer and order information.
• Create and schedule simple social media posts.
• Take basic product/workplace photos and videos; use Canva for content.
• Support management with day-to-day business tasks.
• Full training provided on products and systems.
