Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development in Dunedin invites applications for a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing inbound phone support, guiding them to services, and resolving questions with empathy.

You will work in a whanau-focused team, develop MSD product knowledge through a structured training programme, and be available for rostered shifts, 37.55 hours per week.

Qualifications
