Job summary

Based at our Hamilton branch, part of the Aftersales Team, you will work closely with the Service Team to ensure customers' needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisor with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to drive positive business outcomes and support operational excellence in a dynamic, family‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle or parts industry.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes.
• Technical understanding of heavy vehicles, workshop operations or aftermarket support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation and problem-solving capability.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates.
• Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
• Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing.
