Job summary

Scania New Zealand is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor based at our Wiri branch in Auckland. You will work closely with the Service Team to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience.

You will manage communications with suppliers and customers, create and allocate work orders, and ensure accurate documentation and invoicing. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service roles would be beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Scania NZ customers, both external and internal.
• Keep accurate documentation and create/track work orders.
• Coordinate workshop scheduling, invoicing, and activity updates.
