Job summary

Scania New Zealand is seeking a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join the Wiri/Auckland Aftersales team. Based at our Wiri branch, you will work with the Service Team to ensure customer needs and expectations are met throughout the Scania experience.

The role requires strong communication, an understanding of the transport or automotive industry, and the ability to manage documentation, orders and schedules. Applicants must have NZ working rights and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the transport, automotive, heavy vehicle, or parts industry.
• Experience dealing with suppliers, purchasing, inventory and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communications with external and internal customers, written and verbal, to schedule vehicles and provide updates.
• Managing and ensuring accuracy of all documentation.
• Creating work orders, allocating work to the workshop and invoicing.
