Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical capability with attention to detail.
• Customer-focused approach with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in contracting, sales or billing environments is advantageous.
• Ability to identify improvements and drive preventative actions while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate TOU billing, line charge and metering reconciliations for commercial customers.
• Set up new customers and implement hedge and generation contracts; manage reconciliations.
• Process and report on TOU switching, pricing changes and information from lines and metering companies.
• Resolve escalated customer queries with ownership from issue to resolution.
• Support commercial processes, contract offers and renewals for embedded generation customers.
• Identify revenue loss and investigate root causes; implement preventative actions while maintaining compliance.
