• Collaborative and able to work across teams.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or loyalty environments is advantageous.

• Support optimisation and automation of customer data, reporting and insight solutions.
• Measure the effectiveness of customer and marketing activity through data and analysis.
• Champion a customer-centric, insight-led approach across the business.
• Transform complex data into actionable customer insights that improve decisions, customer experiences, and grocery-brand growth.
