You will connect customer, behavioural, transactional and channel insights to identify growth opportunities and bring them to life across the business.

The role focuses on turning insights into practical initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering measurable impact for customers and the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer growth, engagement, analytics or strategy.
• Able to connect insight with action and commercial outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer insights into growth opportunities across CBW.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Digital, Data & AI, Finance, Risk.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations and measure outcomes.
• Build compelling business cases and run test-and-learn initiatives.
